This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Varolyn Healthcare Private Limited (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”) will process service refunds. This policy is in full compliance with Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd.’s refund standards and is designed to ensure transparency, customer clarity, and dispute-free processing.
- General Terms
Refunds are processed only via the original mode of payment, using Cashfree’s secure refund gateway.
Refunds are subject to review and may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment channel.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official communication channels.
- Eligibility for Refund
3.1 Service Disruption or Cancellation by Company
If the full amount for a healthcare service/package has been paid and we are unable to deliver the complete service, the customer is entitled to a pro-rata refund.
Refund Calculation Formula:
Refund Amount = (Total Amount Paid / Total Service Days) x Number of Unused Service Days
3.2 Non-Refundable Packages (Custom/Exclusive/Pre-Signed)
Certain packages or services are offered under non-refundable terms. This includes:
Exclusive or discounted packages
Services with signed non-refundable agreements
Any offering clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking
Important: By signing the service agreement or accepting non-refundable terms at checkout, the customer waives their right to a refund, except in cases where the service has not been initiated at all.
- Process for Initiating Refund
To request a refund:

Service/package name
Payment proof (transaction ID, date)
Reason for refund
- Our team will validate and respond within 3–5 business days
- Eligible refunds will be processed through Cashfree, with confirmation sent via email/SMS
- Timeline for Refund Credit
- Exceptions & Dispute Resolution
Chargebacks and payment disputes raised through the bank/card issuer without contacting our team first may delay or void the refund process.
Varolyn Healthcare Private Limited reserves the right to decline a refund in cases of fraud, service misuse, or policy violations.
Disputes, if any, will be governed by applicable Indian laws and settled through mutual arbitration.
