Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care at patients’ homes.

• Monitor and record vital signs accurately.

• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments.

• Perform wound dressing and catheter care.

• Manage Ryles Tube (RT), PEG Tube, Tracheostomy, and basic ICU procedures as required.

• Assist patients with daily nursing needs and recovery.

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and medication.

• Maintain complete nursing documentation and reports.

• Coordinate with doctors and clinical supervisors.

• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
