Services are subject to availability, location, and a clinical assessment of suitability.
2 Using this website
- You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, probe its security, or submit false, harmful, or others' personal information without authority.
- You must be at least 18 years old to book Services or submit forms; a parent/guardian may arrange care for a dependent and is responsible for the consent to do so.

3 Enquiries, bookings & scheduling
Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not by itself create a binding service contract. - Payments are processed through reputable third‑party payment channels that use industry‑standard security; we do not control and cannot guarantee the security of external processors We do not store your card, bank, or UPI credentials on this website; payment details are entered directly with our payment processor
- Cancellation and rescheduling terms (including any notice period or charges for late cancellation of a scheduled visit) will be communicated to you at the time of booking and form part of your service agreement.
5 Your responsibilities during care
- Provide accurate medical and contact information and disclose relevant conditions so care can be delivered safely.
- Provide a safe, reasonable environment for our caregivers at the place of care, and treat staff with respect.
- Follow the care instructions and clinical advice provided, and inform us promptly of any change in the patient's condition.
6 Our care commitment
We endeavour to provide Services with reasonable skill and care, using trained caregivers and nurses whose credentials we screen, and we aim to act professionally and confidentially. Clinical outcomes depend on many factors outside our control; we do not guarantee any specific medical result. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including consumer‑protection law).
7 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varolyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This section does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. For matters relating to a specific service engagement, the terms of your individual service agreement also apply.
